According to the Pandi ji (who spend all time for his dedicated god like Pandi ji of Shani Temple,Ganesh Temple,etc and always worship to god and give guidelines to devotee) there are many ways to worship lord shani dev, Some of them are effective and liked by lord Shani Dev is as Follows:

1.Saturday is dedicated day for lord Sani Dev, So to come over from all disease,problems like job,marriage,family,etc prefer each Saturday to worship lord Shani Dev.

2.Most famous and known way is to use a Diya which contain Mustard oil,Til(Black sesame) for Aarti as Shown in figure:

If devotees don't find any temple near by them then there is a simple way to worship Lord Shani Dev is to plat Basil tree,Peepal tree . At every Saturday put Diya which contains Mustard Oil or Sesame Oil in Evening and offer water to Basil or Peepal Tree as shown in figure.
